Where do the signals come from?+
PadPass is built around our state-of-the-art data pipelines, public records, and lawful market signals. We keep observed facts, context, and guesses separate.
Is every listing definitely available?+
No — NYC moves too fast for anyone to promise that. PadPass tracks how fresh each listing is, flags the ones going stale, and hides what's likely gone — so you spend time on places still in play.
Will this replace brokers?+
